Ben Truwe, local historian, presents the 2017 Windows in Time Lecture: Grace’s Visit to the Rogue Valley: 1915 Travelogue, on Wednesday, October 4 at the Medford Branch Library, 205 South Central Avenue, and Wednesday, October 11 at the Ashland Branch Library, 410 Siskiyou Boulevard, from 12 noon – 1:00 p.m. at both locations.
 
“Grace’s Visit to the Rogue Valley” is the title of a promotional film made by local talent in
1915 showing Jackson County scenes and history. Local historian Ben Truwe will present a new, crisp film transfer and reveal the stories behind the film. Truwe is a regular contributor to “Windows in Time” and curator of the massive “Southern Oregon History Revised” web site, considered to be one of the best local history websites in the country.
